The online experience was outstanding. I was able to see the flowers I planned on sending, as well as write my own personal message in the card. A lot easier and smoother process than ordering over the phone. The flowers looked exactly as described and in the online picture. Very satisfied customer here and will utilize this method in the future for my florist needs.
